With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve developed extensive expertise across various sectors. For more than 16 years, I’ve specialized in commercial property management, and as Senior Property Manager, I now oversee all property managers across both commercial and residential portfolios.

It’s my role to ensure our team takes clear action, solves problems effectively, and consistently delivers strong results for both clients and tenants. I focus on supporting ongoing skill development, improving performance and productivity, and making sure our processes, structures, and systems are working efficiently across the board. I take a hands-on, people-first approach to leadership and enjoy the variety and challenge this role brings.

In the past, I’ve also gained extensive experience supporting our sales team. There’s a great sense of satisfaction in helping clients with their real estate needs—whether it’s selling, buying, or managing their properties. My focus is always on providing exceptional service and adding value to their experience with our agency. Additionally, we offer a specialized Owners Corporation Management service, which is a valuable addition for both our current and past clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active. I’m also the Vice-President and Netball Coordinator at the United Bright Football & Netball Club, where I proudly contribute as both a member and a player.
