Originally from Western Australia, I later moved to the UK where I built my career before relocating to Bright five years ago. Since then, I’ve embraced both the lifestyle and strong sense of community the region offers. I bring over 12 years of experience in the banking industry, where I developed a solid foundation in customer service, organisation, and attention to detail.
I joined Dickens in October 2025 and have thoroughly enjoyed my role as Front Office Manager. In this position, I oversee the day-to-day operations of reception, ensuring a seamless experience for guests from arrival through to departure. I also manage guest liaison, focusing on delivering a high level of service and creating positive, memorable stays.
Outside of work, I have a passion for travel and have been fortunate to explore many incredible destinations across Europe and Asia. I also enjoy painting in my spare time, which allows me to unwind and express my creativity.
