I’ve been working at Dickens Real Estate for the past four years as a Property Manager, and I love that no two days are ever the same. My role covers everything from bringing new properties into our portfolio to looking after leasing, entry and exit inspections, and keeping in close contact with both rental providers and renters.

I think one of our greatest assets at Dickens is the way we work together as a team. Each of us specialises in different aspects of property management, but we’re all available at any time to assist landlords with any questions or concerns.

What I enjoy most is building strong relationships and helping create the right match between people and properties. While we work for our landlords, I also believe it’s just as important to support our renters and make sure everyone feels looked after. At the end of the day, finding the best outcome for both sides is what makes the job so rewarding.
